You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days.

If you regret the purchase, you must send the item back to the following address at your own expense:

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.

When you send the item back, it must be in the same condition as when you received it. If there are traces of the jewelery being used, this will not be returned.

If you use the right to withdraw from the contract, you will get your money back as soon as we have received the item back and had the opportunity to examine it.

The amount will be deposited in the account used for the purchase.

If we receive unclaimed packages back, we will deduct shipping costs from the return amount.

Incorrect delivery and defective goods: Should an incorrect or defective item be sent against expectations, please inform us by e-mail as soon as possible about what the error / defect consists of. (Order no. Must appear in the e-mail).

In accordance to the Danish Sales Law we offer 2 years right of complaint.

Reservations are made for printing errors

If you wish to return an item purchased from our webshop from non-EU countries, please follow the instructions below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process:

  1. Pack the item securely – Make sure the item is in its original condition and properly packed to prevent damage during transit.

  2. Mark the package – Clearly write the following on the outside of the package:
    "Return Goods - No Commercial Value" and "Return of Danish Goods" to avoid import duties and VAT charges.

  3. Include a copy of the invoice – Place a copy of your original invoice inside the package and write "Return for refund" on it. 

  4. Customs documents – When returning a package from non-EU countries, it must be accompanied by the correct customs documents. Indicate that it is a return shipment and use the appropriate customs code (HS code) 7113.19.00.

  5. Shipping method – We recommend using a tracked shipping method such as PostNord, DHL, or UPS. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
